Static IP

I have a product that has web server software connected to PLC's for remote monitoring ect.
If the web server is connected to dial up ISP I can connect fom a laptop via an edge modem but not from the dial up to the edge modem connected to the web server software.

This is the same questions asked before. The answer has not changed as yet.



Cannot access GPRS devices from outside of the APN for security reasons.

Can get your own APN for this so you can assign static IP etc and open firewalls.

Hi,

Static IP addressing is not supported on the internet/myMTN APN's, if yourequire this functionality, you should apply for a corporate APN.
