Static or dymanic IP with Vodacom HSDPA?

Anyone know? If it is static, will changing the SIM in the modem change my IP address?

Your IP address is dynamic, ie it changes when you create a new session.

.....But if you use DDNS, you can get a static URL, so the changing IP won't matter?
