I'm fed up with them but don't know how else to go with as I have feeling this is a issue on MWEB side and I feel I'll run into the same problems with another ISP.
Ok but you are saying that you think its an Mweb problem but expect the same from another ISP ?
So then its not really their problem though ?
Look - I also left Mweb for similar issues but I did actually find out that it was a Vumatel issue.
So I suggest doing the same, see what other fiber companies operate in your area and just sign up for a new line. Its most likely a contention issue.
I signed up for a new line with Openserv/Afrihost and it was up and running in 3 days.
I canceled the Mweb/Vuma line and didn't even have to pay cancelation fee.
So in the end it wasn't Mwebs fault - but they were also not clever enough to do anything about it.
