Staying motivated at work

I dunno...I'm more concerned about burnout than being unmotivated tbh. That being said I'm still learning things at a wild rate so maybe I haven't hit the being bored stage yet.

I don't mybb/fb/anything at work...the IT system is rigged with a pile of monitoring systems so I give that a miss.

I am motivated by the fact that if I lose my job I may have to return to SA :)

I'm struggling a lot with this. Quite ready to take on something new but the ones who are meant to be handing work to me are so occupied with their own things that I'm getting left with scraps. I find myself surfing for work at work and that surely isn't a good sign.

I have the same problem. Its very frustrating.

In what language did you just speak?

I tried to decipher that by using Coloured matrices, including subtle Cape algorithms but unfortunately it did not compute.
