STEAM download issue.

My download bar shows the same thing, but it still downloads at the correct speed. I pull about 350mb from Steam per hour, which is what I should be getting from a 1mb line.

Had the same issue with Telkom Mobile's LTE. Doesn't matter though, as it gets the job done.
