Steam Machine

I think this controller is intuitive, but it isn't something I am going to use to play MK with. Not that I will ever own one. The ones that will be sold here, which will be grey products, will be on the expensive side.

I hope Valve screw them all over with a sudden second wave release for $95 just to **** with them.

Stupid though, they could have at least had a 2 per legitimate customer rule.

Or even better only sold to people with Steam accounts X age.

Not everyone is a scalper, and I know that people with the cash want a couch co-op experience, but they should at least limit it to two controllers per account. Only when supply is limited.

That said, we can't even order these things.

They already have limits, people used multiple accounts.

Edit: Nevamind, saw now it was 2 per transaction instead of 2 per account...... move along.

Should be accounts based imo, Valve should only allow orders through the steam app / page.

It doesn't cost an arm and leg to have a click through from the steam app/page to an online retailer to monitor it.

Built my own Steam machine with Bazzite, a bit loud but way more powerful than the official one will be as I'm using a desktop 9060XT.

Valve: Steam Machine and Steam Frame are coming this summer

In a short blog, Valve confirmed that the Steam Machine and Steam Frame devices, which were announced in November last year, are coming this summer. However, the blog post was about the Verified program.

The blog post itself is aimed at developers and announces that the Steam Machine and Steam Frame are being included in the Verified program. The said program launched with the Steam Deck and allows users to know how the game runs on the handheld before buying.

According to Valve, the Steam Machine's requirements to get a Verified badge will be almost identical to the Steam Deck. As for the Steam Frame VR headset, the Verified badge will represent the out-of-the-box, standalone experience without connecting the device to external hardware.
