The old joke regarding the soviet states was that, if you saw a queue somewhere you line up first and then figure out afterwards what you are lining up for.
 
Well considering Digital Migration is like 15yrs behind schedule, this should be good.....
 
By 2024? How pointless. If she even survives cabinet reshuffles in the next 4 years what is going to happen to her in 2024 when there is a strong possibility that Ramaphosa will be voted out and another ANC cadre voted in? It is like doing a performace review on the last day of the job ... you could have done 0 work in that time and walk away without consequence.

Plenty of Achievements, one president has his own kraal on the taxpayer. Taken one of the world's best companies and crippled them. They have consistently achieved mediocrity or lower on every level.

So this is for wireless broadband only?
(ensuring that 80% of the population have access to the Internet by 2024) and is this 5G coverage target or is mix of 3G 4G 4G+ and 5G coverage? we need FTTH target example every town across the country must least have FTTH in one suburban area or cover more that 2% population coverage of that town with FTTH infrastructure

Start with the Free 3 bedroom house, with Fridge and Stove, all where promised, in 1994, not sure if a TV was part of the promise, which somehow became a Mandela Makuku, without stove, or fridge, nor hot or running water.
 
You can legislate that we all grow wings and learn to fly, I am sure we could meet that target before corrupt politician face any real consequences.
