Stellenbosch Disconnect issues?

Hi, bokka1, this was an exchange problem.

I moved twice since this thread, and got adsl when I moved in. Sooner or later I get this problem with every adsl line I have.

Similar resolve each time, you need to contact telkom and get them to fix it. Last year I got it once, and I had to wait two weeks, before they fixed it.

Try to log the fault as soon as possible, because if they take longer than 24 hours, you can ask for a refund.
 
In my case it was down for long periods (days), and now and again it went up for a few minutes.

To Telkom's credit, knock on wood, It has been quite some since this last happened to me. 3x adsl lines in Stellenbosch area working fine.
