Ster-Kinekor new booking system brings multiple features

I tried this brand new booking system last night. Did not allow me to book any tickets. It was just sitting there, loading the movie information ... probably still loading.

After you pick up your ticket and are shown to your seat, a staff member will deliver your refreshments before the movie begins.

With enough salt and the right salt flavours mixed in enough volume? I doubt it!

Matandela said that should this feature be implemented, Ster-Kinekor will roll it out to Cinema Prestige first before deciding whether to offer it across all theatres.

Hmmmm... I went to watch The Force Awakens and The Grove Prestige already did that- I ordered coffee and cheese cake and it was delivered to my seat (although it was 20 minutes or so into the movie- which some may like and some would find disturbing, to me the timing was fine).

Noob.

Sprinkle profusely... bash bash bash... Sprinkle profusely... bash bash bash... Sprinkle lightly... bash bash bash

I thought this was instinctive in our species? Not to mention you could just glance at how everyone else is salting their popcorn.

:o

See this is why I'd rather sneak biltong in.

Popcorn doesn't preclude you from sneaking biltong in. In fact it makes it easier - no one will be suspicious of a popcorn carrying customer.

The little bit of salt they put on already in the hopper is fine by me...ain't nobody got time to evenly-distribute flavouring to all corners. My water, popcorn and Whispers are ready to rumble.

Pfft, bash, bash, bash indeed

It's squeeze, massage, squeeze - bash, bash, bash results in the top layer landing on the floor

pfft...emptying it out on the little, sticky table is the only way to ensure even distribution.

If I recall correctly, Vista wasn't that successfull in the past.
