Hey

A friend gave me two movie tickets because they can't attend the movie. However these tickets where purchased using vitality cards.

I heard that I have to present the vitality cards in order to enter the movie - is this true?

They sometimes ask.

Technically yes. They started giving ppl grief a while ago because people were taking friends etc.

Damm. Maybe I should give them a call.

No. Just go to the movie house. if they ask for the cards then say you left them at home. They can either let you go in or give you free movie ticket as "Refund". Which could use to purchase new tickets anyway :P

THis happened to my friend and i a while back. we went to movies and he doesn't have vitality. so i let him use my dad's card. when they asked to see it so i gave them that story and they said no we can't go in. So i asked so what can i do and they gave me free vouchers as they don't give cash refunds.

Good day

You don't need the vitality cards. You can use the ticket that you have

Exactly. I have never ever been asked for Vitality cards.

Yep, i always buy movie tickets with vitality card -online- , and pick up the tickets at the kiosks . Never been asked to present the card. I'm not even sure where my vitality card is, you only need the number on the card to purchase online, hence i don't actually carry around the card (i have enough silly cards to carry around already).

Obviously i am pointing out a loophole with this system, so i suppose they will ask if SK starts to think people are abusing it. The discount with Vitality is pretty significant, more than half price.
