Steve Jobs is dead. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve Jobs. May his soul rest in peace.

Steve Jobs was an innovator and a visionary when it came to design, technology, and even art. Stevie boy saved Apple, and revolutionized technology. Plus through his support of Pixar, he brought some of my favorite childhood movies to the public. In the end his legacy will be good.

Apple will survive despite all of the negative hype. Understandably there will be a downward correction, as a result of the visceral sell offs that occur with news of this nature. However I do not believe that it will be as large as one would initially think. The value of stocks are influenced heavily by the mind set of investors.
