First off, from my experience the game feels different in different browsers - I usually play in Opera.
As already mentioned for the two fast bowlers upfront (Lillee and Hadlee), just play leg-side i.e right for a left-handed batsman, and left for a right handed batsman - that seems the safest as you don't have enough time to judge which way the ball is going and you eliminate getting hit in the head. Try to get a left-handed batsman facing Lillee and right-handed facing Hadlee - you'll score better. Aim for at least 360 (18rpo) in the first 20 overs - top marks for 400+ (20+rpo).
Sobers is slow without turn - you can see which way it is going and play just before it bounces. You can easily pick up 24rpo against him. Slightly easier to play with a right handed batsman.
Warne - full pitched / full toss - wide of wicket = play onside; in line of wicket = play leg-side;
Pitched middle of wicket and wide - will turn into wicket = play legside.
Emburey - almost all visible balls to a left-handed batsman can be played on-side, and the ones that "disappear" behind the batsmen played legside;
I find the right handed batsman a little bit harder to play Emburey - generally very wide play onside, medium width to straightish play legside. But you'll still end up missing a few.
In the 30 overs of slower bowlers get you rpo above 20 to cross the 1000 run mark.
