Same here. Cancelled in November and still getting billed. Agent at store gave me a confirmation fax saying it has been sent to the cancellations department and will take a week to sort out!
I cancelled a Telkom landline in writing last August for September and they continued billing right through November despite a dispute logged in September and then in october they set their legal team loose despite notes on their own system and proof of disconnection request sent by their own agents. Now they reversed the bill but only to October and only a partial amount.
Someone needs to take a broom out somewhere and sweep a whole lot of Darwin Mistakes into the gutter
Any advice on getting the charges reversed? I was billed for November, December and January. Three months after my contracts were meant to be cancelled.
