Still on local

So it's the second of November right? Which means I should have my international cap replenished right? Nope!!!! For some reason I'm still stuck on local cap yet it shows 0mb intl usage and like 100mb local usage for November. Am I missing something here? Do I somehow have to swap back over? HELP!!!!

If you were on local before month end, you will stay on local until you drop you connection and reconnect

IP leases are abouts a week, give or take.

Yes its been said so many times. If you are on local before the end of the month and the new month starts you will need to restart your router to get a international IP again!
