Ive seen it up to 20:00 - sometimes 20:30 before.

Not an exact time, so you must just wait.

yeah i got used to the 7.14, and then it went to 6:45 that was great, so it feels odd at 7:30

edit: worse than throttled. international bandwidth is running at around 10kbps, if not less.

It seemed better here after turning the router off and back on, maybe it was just a coincidence though.

By 8:30, if its still slow, then put off router for min 13 min (session timeout) then reconnect

Disconnected from international at 12:20am.

Was also off for 20 min just after 12... also only got full speed after 10...
