I have payed and sent my proof of payment and still I wait for my account details....

Also are you not sepposed to warn me before the end of the month that my account for March can be paid??

I recieved no notification? :mad:

So do I get 2 extra days in April for the time I lost?
 
You could just send an e-mail to Mr Beep. He's quick to respond and to sort out problems.

Although, I don't know if you know this but the 10GB SAIX accounts are being cancelled as at the end of March :(

Guess the hunt is on for the next ISP!

Ya, just e-mail or phone him. There is no way you could really get extra days or anything since you're paying for the amount of gigs your using. Mr. Beep is cancelling all SAIX accounts AFAIK. Only IS and his custom packages will be available. The 192k 10gig VPN + 20gig local is looking nice tho!

Hey Friends,

We completed all signups on Wednesday afternoon, however, it seems like Andrewc did not receive his invoices, thus he couldn't pay on time. I have since pm'd him with his new account details.

I would once again like to thank everyone for their patience on Wednesday, as we signed up a record amount of new OpenWebbers!

I am VERY happy with OpenWeb. Mr Beep is like a machine...lol always there when you need him.
