Stop using Flash, says Adobe

No one cared that their content was not available to the majority of users browsing the web on a mobile device? I very much doubt that.

Adobe builds the Flash plugins, not Apple, and they still battle to get it to work properly without major security and performance concerns on desktop let alone mobile.

Your first statement doesn't have anything to do with my prior comment. Obviously people cared very much that mobile websites worked well for their users. But Apple ditching Flash had nothing to do with that movement. Flash was always rubbish on mobile devices.

My point was that newer technologies have allowed Flash to be left behind where it belongs. It has nothing to do with Apple, and Apple didn't speed the process up. All they achieved was inconvenience to their users.

Flash has been utter crap on OS X because Apple gives Adobe the cold shoulder. It's not purely Adobe's fault that Apple users have never had a decent Flash experience.

Just wonder how easy that's going to be. The dinosaurs like SARS will probably be last to move away
