Does anyone have an info about a Storm uncapped offering that they sell for about R2500 pm, is this one of those accounts that have a threshold? Does it run over fibre/sattelite?

I did phone them, but I got incoherent answers from them? also the storm website is useless as they dont really give much product information.

I'd say if they can't assist you telephonicly, rather stay away.

If its an IS account then if you use your own router it'll have a threshold, if you use theirs it won't.

If they can't be bothered to answer your questions openly it's better to avoid them. Either their staff is to incompetent to answer questions or they can but are putting a spin on it because you won't like the answer. In either case do you really want to subscribe to someone like that.

I'd try asking them again and if they give you a run around or can't give you a straight answer try someone else.
