Strandfontein exchange server (Unstable Ping)

Does anyone know when telkom going to fix this as they cant tell me, my ping being high since the beginning of the month and all they say is they working on it yet it been 2weeks and nothing.
I know it is affecting the whole area as i know others with the same problem and they cant seem to get telkom to give a answer as to what they doing about it

Same problem here I seem to get horrible slowdown from the late afternoon into the evening.

Have you had any feedback again from them?
people are telling me its congestion on the exchange
