Around a year ago I had ADSL with telkom,384line 1g cap etc etc @R199pm
After a few months I ended up cancelling the service as I had an Iburst account that I used more often.
Anyways I decided to go for Adsl again at the beginning of the year with I-junction also at 199pm for the same service(or so I thought)

I now know that my Adsl is no longer 384 but running on a 1mbps line.
Is there an explanation for this?I'm not complaining as I'm not paying more than the original R199pm.They never 'upgraded' my 384 line.Any one else have something similar happen?

How do you know your on a 1Mbps - you getting 100Kb/s download speeds?

HOw long have you been with them - maybe it will get fixed after the next billing run

Been running at around 96kb/s
Also says so on the router info, been with them from the beginning of the year.I don't exactly want to call them and ask tthem incase it gets set back to 384 :D
