Lol enjoy the ads!

Back on topic, thor, are you using bitdefender? It seems to close utorrnet.

Another issue could be that you are maxing out the memory allotment for a 32bit app, how many downloads are you running at the same time?
Stopped using Utorrent because of all the ads on the last upgrade I ran, now using Deluge.....perfect for the job and reminds me very much of the original Utorrent...
Mmmmmmm I was tempted to use Deluge.
Anyway way to transfer current torrent from utorrent? As they are partly downloaded
Is there a program that can open software every 1 hour ? I might need to use a life hack if this does not work.
Btw tanks Johnatan56, uTorrent has no more ads, like none!!
Not too sure, I waited till Utorrent finished downloading , with ads flashing, then uninstalled it.
The latest version that I downloaded on Sunday, came with two ads, a banner ad on the top and then a block ad on the left hand side.... Very frustrating.....
Disable them. Its really straightforward.
I read up on this, on the earlier versions you could disable, on the latest version you had to edit a file and set false commands....but the guys on the utorrent forum , were still getting issues, that after a few days the ads would re-appear, seemed like to much hassles for a simple fellow like me.
End result, happy with simple minimalist deluge.

I am pretty sure my instructions work with all versions, used it about a month ago, but I don't always update utorrent.
@thor, try running ping plotter in the background for the night? It should keep a log of where the packets spike/loss.
Is there a reason nobody uses normal Bittorrent? That's what I used to use, no ads, has a scheduler. Worked well.
^ThisMaybe check the event viewer on the PC, if it closed (crashed) there should be a entry in the log. (Just to confirm it's closing/crashing...)
