Strange windows 7 problem

Hi guys. I recently upgraded 30 windows xp client pc`s to windows 7 pro. The server has server 2003 installed.
After adding the windows 7 clients to the domain i noticed that when you click on "all programs", instead of listing the installed programs, it shows all the domain users names and when you click on it it shows the desktop, pictures, music shortcuts.

What is this and how do i get the installed programs list back?

Can you upgrade from Windows XP to Win7?

No you cant upgrade directly. Reinstalled windows 7

Did you do a clean install from win install disk for each macine or from an image? If the latter I'd have a good look at the image you were using.

Try rebuilding one of the machines with a clean install?

Maybe try reinstalling on one of the PC's as stand alone - ie don't connect to server & see what happens. Maybe a GP that's set.
