Streaming to cellphone

Afternoon gents

I've got a PC (Win7), Blackkberry (9900) and an audio system. I want to stream music from the PC to the audio sys over wifi. Connecting the BB to the sound sys is not an issue.

What kind of software do I need on the PC an BB side to achieve this? I don't want it going via a cloud service.

I use a program called airfoil to stream stuff from my PC to my airport express, they claim it will work for pretty much any wifi capable system

Doesn't seem to support Blackberrys. I've got an android phone here too, but the audio output quality is crap, so I'd prefer using the BB.
