have 30mps fibre with afrihost. Can stream on tv via wifi using mygica tv box android ver 6. Find at times picture freezes to pic within a green screen. Dont know if it box, streaming service or afrihost? Ca anyone assist please?

Three important questions:
1) How far is your TV from your wifi router? It's always better to plug your streaming box in via LAN - wifi isn't always stable.
2) What app are you watching when the picture freezes to a pic in a green screen?
3) When this happens, how do you 'unfreeze it'? Do you have to restart your router, restart the box, or just wait for it to buffer a bit more?
Sorry for spelling. Usually tv mucho app. Have to reboot tv box...

Yeah, the Mygica was a piece of sh*t when I bought mine back in 2016. Gave it away. Only supports Netflix in 576p. Get a MiBox rather

If it can plug into a TV it's a MiBox.
It's the same reason you get a green screen with a Afrihost 30Mbps connection.

The MiBox's popularity has become a "brand" for Android media players these days - especially with the non tech savvy crowd. So when their MiBox is giving issues, it's not a MiBox, but a MyGica or whatever... like when someone says they need a Kleenex they need a tissue.
