I am trying to build a wireless network. Network in testing phase. Luckily LoC was clear between my house in Midrand to my friends house in Sandton so I tested network latency over 10Km and ping was =2 and <2. Before I go live or in production I like to know how to find out renting space on towers because I found no contact details by the most of the towers and someone the towers seems full.

I can't extend my network until I find space on towers and this is the biggest challenge for me. Can anyone help me find the right path?

I want to apply for a class licence. However my company's address is in another province. Does it have to be in the location of where I want to operate?

I still recommend approaching WAPA (www.wapa.org.za) as they exist purely to promote the WISP industry, and do shout here in the unlikely event you don't get a response

You need a licence to operate, but WAPA does have a membership grace period and quite a few members are prepared to assist or mentor.

This will help you. Thought What @Chris.Geerdts says is really optional great to collect information from WAPA and I think there's another one I can't really recall or just ask here. Lots of us that own or operate said networks happy to info share.
