Stuck between a rock and a hard place...

Hi guys.

I require your personal experience and recommendations.

I have the choice between the following:

Sony-Ericsson C902 (Bond Ed.);
Nokia 6220 Classic;
Nokia 5320 Xpress.

I don't really need GPS, but I want reliability and battery life.
The camera is not important though, a higher mp is nicer to have.

Are SE phones (the C902 in particular) reliable? I've heard that the phone restarts randomly..

I know Nokia is reliable, but the 6220 keypad looks cheaper than a Bankok prostitute and am therefore 'iffy'.

I can get all the phones above for about the same amount..

Any suggestions and personal experiences are welcome here.

I know 2 people with the c902, and I have played around with it myself.
Seems a good phone, and as for reliability, they havent had any problems his far.

I have a C902, and I like it. The battery lasts about 4 days and I havent had any problems with it or my previous SE W850
 
My wife has the C902 for 4 months now and had no troubles so far. Never switched off since day one. I got a SE T630 for 4 years and it is still on the original battery and going strong.
 
Well, so far it seems the C902 is pretty good build quality wise..
Though, I should mention that the Nokia 5800 Xpress is also in my price range (stock permitting).

ok the C902, the look doesnt do it for me, put in the extra and get the C905

Then the Restarting seems to happen when it switches from umts to gsm... according to some user opinions on www.gsmarena.com where you will find most of the answers you are looking for.

I would say go with the SE above the Nokias, from my past experience... the C902 is the same platform as the K750-850's afaik so it should be just fine....

on top of that the K750 was a monster it never died, i had the k800i,810i, w850i and never had a single days problem with any of them...

only problem is if a bottle of old spice drops on the screen it breaks :(
 
and HIJACK...

my options now are the following,

1. HTC S740
2. SE C905
3. SE W980
4. NOKIA N82


Wht u guys thinkin?
 
The Nokia 6220 Classic is an amazing phone. Don't strike it off your list too soon.

No problem. I'm only 26.

The SE's I've had have given me trouble.

My 6yr old Nokia is still going strong..
 
If you're on MTN, then the C902 would be sweet. Vodafone software turns the phone into an aggravating experience
 
I wouldn't be as unhappy if the Vlive feature were placed in a sub-menu, instead of being on the front, under one of the regularly-used buttons. I truly despise that! Why should we be forced to accept their stupid design???
