Stuck on 3G with poor speeds

My wife recently moved to a Vodacom big data package, but after that started to receive very poor speeds. Mostly 3G (although there is 4G coverage) with very slow speeds.

We have another Vodacom contract, and the other phone has great speeds at the same location and time.

Does anyone else experience the same?

They need to add the LTE service to the line.

LTE service usually gets added automatically but sometimes it does not. Call 135 speak to a consultant and have them add the service to the line.

Thanks for the response.

We did that a week ago, without much success. We called again yesterday, and that seemed to have helped.
