Subscribing to DoBroadband Level 3

I am thinking of subscribing with Telkom's DoBroadband Level 3 offering on a month-to-month basis.

I currently have a 384Kb/s line.

Is there anything that has to be changed with the physical installation of my line or is it just basically a profile upgrade of my account and as soon as the instruction goes through on their system my line wil synch at the higher speed?

I already filled out the application form on the Website, but after a week nobody has contacted me regarding this. If I phone 10219 and order this service, where do I get the account details from to enter into my router?

What else do I need to look out for here?

Nothing physical changes, only a profile change.
It should be quick if you phoned them, not sure about your site application. Just phone 10219 and check on your application and they will probably give you your info over the phone or maybe fax it.

Or go to a Telkom shop, it'll be sorted out before u get home.
 
The only hassle involved is getting them to issue you a new account to up your bandwidth limit to 3g, other than that it was all pretty seamless.
