40 minutes ago had two test tubes of blood filled, hardly anything for an HIV test.

Drank tea and ate a burger pie for breakfast.

Currently eating Simba Salt and vinegar chips and all of a sudden got extremely dizzy sitting down.

What could it be? Low blood sugar?

Very weird. Usually you'll get dizzy from low blood pressure when standing up suddenly.

that is what i thought, and i have 4 sugars in my coffee if i have coffee at all, all i can think is suspicious is that i've given a tiny bit of blood and had unhealthy food for a change

to be safe, have a coke or anything high insugar, should help.

i think i'll have a coffee with 5 sugars now :p just wanted to check if it wasn't high blood pressure, but the lady that took my blood now said i was healthy, she just didn't check sugar

yeah you can get it even when you "relaxed" laying in bed. happened to me a lot 2 years ago.

Can be related to stress, depression, etc.

Usually they'll warn you if it's above 140/100...

how strange, i was happy with my bag of chips  thank though, i'll look it up, weirdest thing

only 5? would you like a side serving of diabetes with that?:p

i need to improve the taste of coffee :p i just need the caffeine without all that annoying hydration :D

coffee helped, 2 sugars made it taste crap, grabbed 2 more. thanks for the advice, just got worried that i was getting old and beginning to die, i'm all good :p

Seriously though with that amount of sugar you have diabetes waiting in your future, if you don't already have it which might also be why you are suffering these mini blackouts.
