coffee helped, 2 sugars made it taste crap, grabbed 2 more. thanks for the advice, just got worried that i was getting old and beginning to die, i'm all good :p

2 sugars really is enough. Cut the amount of sugar you usually use gradually, half a teaspoon a week, and I doubt you'll ever be able to go back to 4 sugars.

It's the salt and vinegar chips, blame Simba.

Simba says NO!

Highly doubt that amount of blood being removed has anything to do with your dizzy spell.

More likely something like your inner ear.

Seriously though with that amount of sugar you have diabetes waiting in your future, if you don't already have it which might also be why you are suffering these mini blackouts.

i wouldn't say "suffering", it was a random once off thing and i only had a few things it could have been. apparently i'm extremely healthy for someone who views running as a form torture :)

Maybe you don't sleep enough, fatigue is closely related.

If the problem persists then take leave, or get sick leave for a few days and just chill. Worked for me.

the funniest thing is i'm normally fine, it was completely unpredictable. if i thought sleep would have affected it then i wouldn't have worried, but i was fine and it came out of nowhere

How long did it last?
Any bright colors at the same time?
how dizzy?enough to fall over?

I get dizzy enough to collapse and I see bright colors, neurologist said it might be epilepsy
but I`ve had probably close to 100 of them these past years

STS, did you rub the furry walls?

I've yet to encounter a Jefferey :p but I am hairy enough to start so long :D

Nuke, I didn't experience any of that, although I do sometimes see black figures at the corners of my eyes which makes me think people are there when nobody is. But I brush that off as schizophrenia and go back to rubbing the furry walls :p
