thats the thing i payed over 4000 to instal and now i must pay 300 ph to get it working. thats stupid.
i have used uttracestar and i got it too the lowest it goes and it still sucks.
i have asked the helpdesk on numouros occasions to give the the details to cancel and the refuse to reply so how must i cancel. just stop paying from the end of this month??

:eek: :eek: :eek: R4000 for what? A device would have been at most R2800,an antenna is R350,antenna installation max R300 or am I missing something. Accessories? RF cable?

R2440 UTD and Antenna
and R300 for the install.

If it's that bad, contact your reseller to sort out the problem or cancel with them or get someone else to attend to your problem.

It is unfortunate that you are experiencing such bad service.
 
He is inclusing the router (expensive Linksys i hear) and two wireless cards I think. It was all needed to get the connection so I geuss it counts as the install cost. But not an Iburst cost, same would have applied for ADSL, still need the router + cards.

My installation was also over R3000, R2800 for modem back in the day (about 10 days ago) and R650 for the antenna then still R250 for install! What a rip off! They were just trying to cover costs/increase profit from huge install costs.

i know.. i just meant he said it was an expensive, top of the range, router elsewhere on the forum. Pretty shure it was a linksys too.

Point is that im hacked they dropped the prices by so much AFTER I got iburst and started reading the forums and learning about Iburst. I could have baught the package adnsaved R100 on the new prices then still self installed, would have done a better job anyway. Could have saved over R1200!
 
ok well router was R980, annteha was R500 and R300 to install, modoem was R2000, 2nd bum router was R750, 2 wireless cards around R250 or so,then it was a retard guy to come and install it all at R500. you do the maths
