That's what I thought at first but after all the headaches, being lightheaded, irritability, feeling like you drunk, feeling like you don't have any energy to do anything even too much bright light, not being able to concentrate and the eventual depression. Not very nice. Now that I have at last kind of figured out what's going on I eat fruit like pineapple when I feel my mood changing.
First off your diet isn't starving like some of these folks claim but it is poor. You might as well be overeating on low carb food because most of these are high carb anyway. Cut the bread and noodles and limit your potato. They are good but only in moderation and not fried. Use skim or low fat milk - that will also cut out about 3% of the lactose or milk sugar.breakfast - weetbix
mid morning - 2 slices buttered toast, apple, tea
lunch - noodles & lots water
mid afternoon - fruit, tea
supper - veggies, skinless chicken or steak grilled, mushrooms & lots of water maybe just boiled eggs & potatoes
Nope honey is sweeter so as long as you're going for the same taste you end up with less carbohydrates and there's some good enzymes and vitamins in there as well.Might as well just use sucrose then.
That is nonsense. Salt is used in desert regions because it prevents dehydration. You think getting thirsty after taking salt means dehydration but it's actually your body wanting to hold on to more water. Once your kidneys secrete the salt again you can lose liters of extra water your cells were retaining.Nope, when we eat salt, water leaves our cells and dehydrates us. Salt dehydrates you. Considering our salty lives a banana daily will help our cells absorb water again.
