My bf called me from Dbn Airport, his flight was delayed. He flies weekly - sometimes SAA and sometimes Kulula. Every time he now books Kulula flights, they get delayed. Air traffic control should start acting fairly, SAA gets delayed much less ;)

Anyway, we were talking about how he has to be away from home so often to earn a living and he jokingly suggested I get a sugardaddy who can fund me and him (bf) a nice life. Yes, he was just joking, really, but I wonder how many people actually has that kind of arrangement .... ?

Where theres smoke..... theres fire.

He aint gonna suggest that, if he hasnt had something like that on his mind.

I suspect the odds that someone has or had a sugarmommy are WAY better than a sugardaddy. On this forum, at least ;)

You see, he's feeling guilty about what he's been up to.

lol

So what do you reckon blunomore........ sugardaddy, sound like a good idea?

I have a friend

This caught by surprise last year when i realised that a "then" friend of mine had the sugardaddy arrangement who supports her & her bf:eek:... but ofcoz nobody was suppose to know about it, me included but i did anyway...i thought it was cheap, way too cheap :p

You call it cheap, I call it efficient ;)

Edit - To be honest though, I don't support it at all. The "child", I guess, really needs to have some self respect.

Agg man don't listen to them they are kidding with you

Parting Shot:

Women! First they marry you for your money....then they divorce you
for it!:)

That is why someone once told me the traditional African Lobola way is much better:

You sort of pay upfront for the value you think you are going to get! And if it does not work out, you cut your losses without having to pay an arm and a leg afterwards!

Not that easy! My understanding is that common law marriages (aka customary marriages in the African tradition) is considered legal in the eyes of the law and a spouse may claim maintenance in the case of divorce.

I thought 'sugardaddies' funded young women in return for sexual favours
or some other form of attention. Why would he also fund your bf, unless
he really was an even sicker puppy and wanted a couple for his own
sick LARP's.

Guilty! :D - The SugarMommy part of it :D

A few years back - though we're the same age.
Only lasted about 2 months - but she spoiled me to the tune of about R2.5k in that time :p :D

*sigh* Ah the good old days! :D
