The World Health Organization recommends adults consume no more than 25 grams of sugar per day what do you think

Since dropping sugar completely from my diet, i have dropped a kilo, have far more energy and generally feel better health wise.

Dropped sugar completely about two years ago :)
No sugar, sweets, cake...f0kkol

Actually I think I'm lying because I buy a 2 litre creme soda every now and then after I'd had one too many the previous night. But that's like once a month nowadays.

Google gluconeogenesis.

I know the body generates glucose itself in limited quantities. But are you telling me you can survive on a ZERO sugar intake?

Edit: Nvm, I googled that question. Seems like we can. Wow, I didn't know that :o

Article should say refined sugar. Your body processes carbohydrates into sugar, which is why you don't need extra sugar
