I'd also suggest Creme Brulee. I've made Gordon Ramsay's recipe and it came out perfect the first time I tried it. I posted it in an old blog: http://blogs.food24.com/hellskitchen/cr232me-br251l233e

Joh +1...its the shnizzz nizz
I've done that one before, works well with Kahlua as well![]()
Mmmm, yeah a really good whisky would work and I didn't even think of Frangelico, yum.
Sounds like an incredibly rich bread pudding.
Hmmmm, been wrestling with the idea of sharing my recipe. I'm pretty sure it will blow your mind.
Ingredients:
a packet of butter croissants,
a jar of nutella,
2 punnets of cream,
a packet of flaked almonds,
1 vanilla pod.
Method:
1. De-seed the vanilla pod, add it to the cream and let it infuse over a low heat in a saucepan.
2. Roughly chop up the croissants into chunks.
3. Put a layer of croissants into a baking dish and lather with a dosing of nutella.
4. Sprinkle with the flaked almonds.
5. Repeat the process until you have used up all the croissants, nutella and flaked almonds.
6. Pour the vanilla infused cream over the layered concoction.
7. Cover with tin foil - Bake for 20 minutes at 180.
8 Remove tin foil and bake for a further 5 minutes at the same temperature.
9. Serve warm with the best quality ice cream you can find.
K4k rich, but incredibly tasty. Enjoy!
