Hate that it always feels like a lazy crap day. I like things to be busy busy and on Sunday everything is on a go-slow, shops close early, people have these stupid afternoon naps, UGH

Depends on the situation at work. I tend to know in advance whether it'll be a rough day or not - and that determines the quality of the Sunday evening.

I tried going out on Sunday evenings for a month or so... It did not help in my case

Now I make a light meal at around 7-8 ish and myself and the SO watch a movie or an episode of a series.

I do not think there is a cure
