Hoping for a few pointers here, because the Sunsynk 12kW 3-phase inverter at the office is driving me mad. For a while, the inverter was operating correctly, connecting to the grid when available, and running off battery power during load shedding. The aim is to keep the battery as full as possible, and use the solar panels to assist with the load during the day.
Recently, however, it has started to disconnect from the grid without any obvious reason, and would also not reconnect after load shedding (clicks on and off). This is in Cape Town.
I'm mostly wondering what the grid settings should be. The grid mode is currently set to NRS097. Firmware version is M 2005-1135 / S 18-07 / C 1001-E037 (updated last week).
