Sunsynk logger down?

My inverter shows offline on the app. How does one do a restart or is this normal and will it come back online itself?
Sunsynk Connect is currently unavailable. A hidden feature, you can easily chat with a support agent through the app. Simply navigate to the Application Center and access Customer Support.

From one of their agents using customer support from their app:
“We are experiencing a technical server problem at the moment. Because of this, you are facing this issue. This is highlighted to our team and they are working on the same. Please allow a maximum of 24 hours and we will try to resolve this as early as possible.”

Also why i feel companies should be using local API’s

Its a one man show. Things are bound to go wrong as the system gets more complicated.

it may be, it did include the PI and the software ( lifetime license) which is updated regularly, it ties into home assistant, and never goes down

To be fair, if i had the option when i installed to not buy the sunsynk logger , and this instead, i would have
 
Anyone tried to just query the dongle directly?
With this command as an example:

It works for me but all of the data is effectively zero:

Went offline for me around 04h00 with a quick stat update after 05h00. Nothing since then.
