To sum the experience that I had with them up in one word is impossible. I was amazed when I drove back yesterday. They did my shocks, fixed my one brake disk, renewed all my brake pads, fixed my steering, fixed my exhaust pipe, and a few other things, and only charged me for the initial quote that they gave on replacing just my shocks and brakes.

On top of that, they dropped my off at home, and came to pick me up when they finished.

Service like that is rare. Keep it up.

That's great to hear. I did my shocks at the SQ Hatfield branch recently. No major surprises, although it was done in 2hrs and the cost was better than a few other places I called.

Phone Gerhard Heyns (Manager) at Menlyn SQ 012 3489720/1 and ask for a referral to the Centurion branch, afaik. he is their manager too. Very helpful person and normally tries to beat any reasonable price you got from the opposition.

Agreed...I think that we should insist on hearing the full story here.........the only place that I have come across where you sit for 7 hours is the Licence Department!!

Actually at TSW and SQ I stand with my car and make sure that everything is done properly...they would never cope with me for a full day!!

please elaborate cos I am sure there is more to your story. why would you wait for 7 hours just to change tyres?

I am sure I have also used them before. Good service.

I have also used Hi-Q and Noise Boys in Hatfield. Noise Boys has really good labour charges.
