15 Andries Coetzee, 14 Ruan Combrinck, 13 Lionel Mapoe, 12 Harold Vorster, 11 Courtnall Skosan, 10 Elton Jantjies, 9 Ross Cronje, 8 Ruan Ackermann, 7 Kwagga Smith, 6 Jaco Kriel (captain), 5 Franco Mostert, 4 Andries Ferreira, 3 Ruan Dreyer, 2 Malcolm Marx, 1 Jacques van Rooyen

Substitutes: 16 Akker van der Merwe, 17 Corné Fourie, 18 Johannes Jonker, 19 Lourens Erasmus, 20 Cyle Brink, 21 Faf de Klerk, 22 Jacques Nel, 23 Sylvian Mahuza
 
The Sunwolves has named their squad. Three backline players on the bench. All-round speedsters, except the centre combination. They selected Tokunaga, Kin and Britz on the loose, they are runners. They have proper locks and stable props, not too sure on the hookers. A bit inexperienced on the scrummie, but Uchida and Shigeno are paced. Ogura, they gave him a start and he is by no means a kicker, but a line runner. Goto, which hardly had any game time, and Nakazuru on the wings, the two lightning wingers. On the bench, they brought in Rikiya Matsuda, a Panasonic star, making his Super Rugby debut. Lastly, they have Sasakura at the back and Matsushima on the bench.

I wonder whether they will change their kicking game plan, because this is out and out an enterprising team selection.

I called the Lions to win by 20 points, but that was prior seeing this team. However, these Japanese have no team spirit, their rugby culture is dead in the water. I expect the Lions to crush them.
 
I really really hope and pray Andy Capistagno is not in Durban to commentate on the Sharks game tonight.

Nope, instead we stuck with Owen 'Route 1 exit strategy' Nkumane.

Bulls are looking awesome! Where has this been the whole season?!
 
Sharks playing like it's beginning of the season again. Ridiculous. Knock on after knock on after mistake after mistake. Bulls deserve to win this.
 
Garth at 10 was a 100% fail tonight, that he can play that badly the whole match and not get pulled off blows my mind
 
That was dire from the Sharks, epitomized by that missed touch finder at the death. Execution let them down, as did their handling. Well done to the Bulls. Think we'll see more of that in their last two games.

April has only on the odd occasion come off on flyhalf. He simply cannot perform under pressure consistently. Should not be in the starting line-up. End of story.
 
I don't know what was worse, the sharks' performance or supersport's production quality.
