Pollard must come back home to get his game back. Stormers needs a proper 10 who can dominate
 
Exciting free running rugby which I am glad for, just the defense of both teams needs touching up
 
Stormers fading at the end and not getting bonus point victory. They really need to defend better if they want to grind out results.
 
I haven't watched rugby in ages but I recall the after game talk venue looked different than this one?
 
Former All Black Ali Williams, James O'Connor charged after cocaine arrest

Former All Blacks lock Ali Williams and Australian international James O'Connor have been charged by French police after being arrested for cocaine possession in Paris at the weekend.

Williams has been charged with buying the drug, while O'Connor faces charges of possession. Both were tested and while Williams' results reportedly came back negative, O'Connor was allegedly found to have cocaine in his system.

The pair were reportedly arrested outside a nightclub near the Arc de Triomphe, in central Paris. Williams is based there, after coming out of retirement to play for Racing 92 this season.

French correspondent Catherine Field told Newstalk ZB's Rachel Smalley that the case is now with the state prosecutor, who will decide whether to make an example of Williams and O'Connor.

"[The prosecutor] will now decide whether this will be a case that will be fast-tracked through the courts, because it was such a small amount and for personal use, or whether it will be a larger court appearance, simply because both Williams and O'Connor are public names here in France, and are seen as role models for lots of people," said Field.

"French law does not make any distinction between the different types of drugs. As far as French law is concerned, it's just as bad, whether you have got cannabis, cocaine or heroine.

Mallett compares Newlands derby to Kiwi duel

Cape Town - Former Springbok coach Nick Mallett compared Saturday night’s South African Super Rugby clash between the Stormers and Bulls to that of a New Zealand derby.

The Stormers outclassed the Bulls 37-24 in an exciting clash which saw nine tries being scored in front of a decent Newlands crowd.

“This was a wonderful game to watch. I really enjoyed the enterprise from both teams, combined with solid defence and the skills from the backline payers. It reminded me much more of two New Zealand teams playing than two old South African teams,” Mallett said in the SuperSport studio afterwards.

“The Stormers deserved to win, but there are a lot of positives for both teams. The Stormers played a fast-paced game, but with a very good set piece. They were disrupting the lineouts and exceptional at scrum time, which set up the attacking play they showed,” Mallett continued.

“The front rows were always going to make a big difference in this game. Unfortunately, the Bulls front row was murdered by the Stormers. The Stormers’ scrum dominance set up that unassailable 24-0 lead at half-time. Another area where the Stormers improved is at the breakdown. They were outstanding and just look like a much more rounded team.”
