Supersonic fixes leak in data usage website

Internet service provider Supersonic has fixed a security flaw in its customer status and data usage website that could leak client information.

The usage portal allowed you to look up information about a customer using their account number, username, mobile number, or SIM number.

Now they need to fix the usage stats. Anyone know if this portal URL is even advertised anywhere and available?

They are arrogant. Customer care NEVER responds to emails.
You have to use Whatsapp and generally waiting time is about an hour. Or so it's been for me the past couple of times.

i sent a whatsapp msg on thursday and no reply from them and today is saturday.

Wow o_O
@rpm @Newsfeed @Jan any news on this?
Supersonic are incompetent and they are good at going dark when they can't figure things out it seems.
Also, it seems they do some stuff manually. The number of times I've had my internet offline in the morning and only a factory reset on the router sorts it out. I've had to adjust my LAN address range to match the router's default to allow my wife to do this when I'm away. Clearly they are messing with the system while we're asleep. I doubt this is a router issue.
