Supersonic Internet Connection Issue

Hi everyone,

I am desperate for help with Supersonic. I signed up with them a while back and even though the installation and activation has been completed and all lights on the Huawei box are solid green, none of the routers including the Zyxel supplied by them wants to connect to the internet through PPPoE. I have tried connecting directly from my PC as well. Login details have been checked a few times. I have spent 4+ days on the phone with them where they try running through the routine diagnostics (reset router, manual setup, resets etc.) and every time they tell me they will get back to me they don't and the whole process starts again.

I was supposed to get a call at 15:00 today but nothing. Have been waiting for the managers to phone me or for someone to put me through to them but they are either busy or just don't get back to me.

Has anyone had the same experience or know what I can do from here?
