Anyone know how to configure a mikrotik to work on supersonic fibre in midstream
They say the pppoe needs a vlan
One guy says 500 the other says 100
I've tried both assigned the pppoe to the vlan
Just connects the call center is no help

I've done that.
Under the interface setting of the pppoe I've even set it to vlan100 no change
 
Is this a new router? Do you have an old one?
I think the easiest would be to contact supersonic and have them set it up for you.
 
Router was reset.
Supersonic can only deliver in 3 days.
Have work.
The call center is of no help.
Spoke to 3 different people first one could not assist
2nd one was not sure what the vlans were
Third mentioned vlan 100
I think I'm just missing one small detail
 
Have you tried on the main interface? (Just to check that they don't leave it untagged?) Also, no service tag.

Go to PPP > Interface and look for the PPPOE scan tool at the top. Test the main interface and VLANs to see if any report a PPPOE server.
 
I managed to get it sorted had to delete the dhcp client on ether 1
And remove firewall rule and add another
