Yes so you would need to order a line first, once the line is in activation is immediate with Trenched.

What's not really clear is if you are already using Vumatel and just switching ISP.
If so, I believe the R1725 is not needed as you already have the CPE and connection into the house, only the R999 fee, not so?
If you are on ADSL, then its both, in my experience and you will need to factor in what you are doing with your Telkom line, notice period, etc.

Correct but the process is different between Aerial Vumatel and Trenched, Trenched the previous ISP needs to cancel your service which happens at 12:00PM that evening, then in the morning you can login to the Vumatel portal and elect a new service. Some ISPs have this set to autoprovision like ourselves.

on ADSL switching to fibre
so would need to order line from Vumutel
cant i keep telkom for phone?

as its new line and ISP im guessing its quicker
