Supersonic is for the greedy - and therefore oversaturated, unfortunately.

Should have just gone with Sonic instead, you know? ;) (Yes, it's real - but why they chose that name so late on the game shall forever remain a mystery, I guess!)

I am having the same issues with Supersonic. I am renting a 50/50 line from them on vumatel infrastructure, and I cannot even watch a 360p twitch stream without it lagging. All the competitive games I play online are also super janky and lag out a lot. My ping recently went from 157ms to 190ms as well. I have complained for months. The only thing they tell you is that they have tested your line to local servers and everything seems "fine".

They had the cheek to tell me that they are not responsible for international traffic. Awful awful service, and now I'm stuck in a R1000 contract per month, and cannot cancel, otherwise they will charge me a R4k clawback fee. Is there nothing we can do as consumers to make Supersonic hear us? I'm considering taking them to the Small Claims Court.

I have just created my own post detailing my experience. We all need to come together to demand change and put pressure on them. It would also be extremely helpful if MyBroadband would write an article about these complaints.

Good luck with that.

Mybb's offices are just down the hall from Supersonic in Midstream, so why would they risk upsetting the business that supplies their connection?
