IT SEEMS THE CALL CENTER WENT HOME WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY FEEDBACK.

[12/22, 8:15 pm] GERT : Been trieing from 3pm to get any supersonic customer support person to phone me without any results. Tried to phone the help desk. No awnser even presses the 0 option for a supersonic employee to call me back several times ( and then your call center say one off the super assistants will phone me shortly.) what a load of lies.
 
How much do you guys pay for there fibre. As I am found that Supersonic are charging me more than what they are currently advertising for. And even worse. Found secral ISP, s that will charge me R100 per month less for double the line speed. Currently I am paying R999 p / month for 100 down 50 up. Got a quote from a different ISP and they offer 200 down and 200 up for R799. That is R200 less for twice the speed. ( I have been a custemer for close to 2 years) but don't think it will be much longer.
 
I am so dissipated after today. And now that I saw difrent ISP's have better prices and that supersonic have better deals and don't give the new pricing to existing customers. That makes me sad. Now I will request a R3600 credit from them as there pricing when down but they never changed my invoices.
