Hi guys,

I am writing here as I have constant issues with my Supersonic fibre, the issue is that the speed is always up and down, sometimes it gets so slow that I cannot even run a speed test.

I have contacted Supersonic on Whatsapp and telephonically and they tell me that they are busy investigating but I do not receive any further feedback. Is there any way to escalate this as I cannot continue working like this?

I have been with Supersonic for less than a month and I truly regret choosing them, their service is awful, it takes them over an hour just to acknowledge my Whatsapp chat, and when I call I have to hold for at least 30 minutes.
