Supersonic users. Assistance needed... speedtest

Hi
I'm having a very specific problem and I'm hoping that someone can help me replicate it.
If you're using Supersonic on Vumatel then could you do a Speediest to the rain Johannesburg server.
I'm getting 200ms ping, but not to any other server.
I'd like to know if this is an everyone on Supersonic issue or just a me issue.
If you could let me know your city as well.
Normally the speeds are better (100/100), not that this matters here.

Thanks. The reason this is an issue is because it impacts my connection to the Geforce Now servers, which I'm assuming are sitting next to the Rain speedtest server because the latency is the same to both. Latency to Rain's speedtest server in Cape Town is fine.

Don't know what magic is at work but after complaining for over a month and putting through a cancellation the issue has now gone away.
Maybe the mystical power of a MyBB forum post.
