I've had decent results using the ISPA mediation/complaints process to resolve Supersonic issues.
Takes a while to get going, but got the outcomes I was looking for.
Oh, I'm not saying their service is not terrible. But I did help write the ISPA code of conduct, so I know how to use it to get results.Sorry you are the only one here that got a result. They are kak. There are many threads where people is complaining about the terrible service.
Most of the "staff" I have dealt with told me the CEO has no client resolution. Until he leaves, I don't see any changes from Supersonic.
